Please complete the request form below and be sure to fill out all required fields. After submitting your request, you will receive an auto-generated email acknowledgement that we have received it.  You will be contacted within 3-5 business days to verify your information, confirm you visit, request payment (if applicable) and receive the link for the virtual field trip.

Be mindful that filling out this form DOES NOT guarantee a scheduled field trip on your desired date and time.

Please review the following:

  • The virtual field trip request form must be submitted 3 weeks before your first- choice date (no exceptions)
  • Scholarships are available for one virtual field trip in the school year. Select the scholarship type below.
  • Additional virtual field trips must be paid in full by the school/teacher 2 days before the scheduled field trip date.
  • Cancellations or reschedules must be done 3 business days before your scheduled virtual field trip.
  • Payments must be made in full 2 days before the field trip date. A receipt will be sent in a confirmation email.
  • Any cancellations or reschedules requested less than 3 business days before the already scheduled virtual field trip forfeit the scholarship/deposit payment.

Please provide two (2) date options

We kindly ask that schools receiving a scholarship send 'Thank You' notes to Thanksgiving Point after their field trip that we can share with our sponsors.
