Volunteer Checklist

We're so happy you've decided to apply to our Volunteer program! Applying to a be a Volunteer is a multi-step process: 

1. Fill out the Volunteer Application HERE.

2. Email a photo to volunteers@thanksgivingpoint.org

This photo will help us to get to know you better and will be used for your Volunteer Identification Badge that will be issued after you have completed orientation (a headshot is preferable).

3. Meet with our Volunteer Manager.

This is a casual meeting to learn more about your and your interests. 

4. Complete a Background Check

To be paid for by the volunteer. Past issues that may appear on record do not disqualify you. Each background check will be assessed on a case by case basis. 

5. Attend Volunteer Orientation.

Upcoming Volunteer Orientation Dates:

Tuesday, February 25th from 6:00pm-8:00pm
Saturday, March 21st from 10:00am-12:00pm
