Volunteers are stationed through the experience to provide a friendly face, help guide and direct, and help ensure the safety of guests.
Volunteers must be at least 18 years old to participate in this event.
Each shift is about 3 hours and 45 minutes long, with the exception of extended/reduced hour evenings. General shift times run from 4:00pm-7:45pm and 7:15pm-11:00pm.
We welcome groups of volunteers! Unfortunately, volunteers will be located in different areas and should not expect to stay together in pairs or groups.
Yes! All volunteers should plan and dress accordingly. Hats, coats, gloves, and scarves are all strongly recommended.
Yes! An Event Volunteer Orientation is provided.
You must make the minimum commitment of 4 shifts in order to earn Luminaria benefits.
