Photography and video
Venue guests may use still and video cameras for personal use during their visit. Respect the privacy and consent of others. Avoid capturing images of other children without the permission of a legal guardian.
The Institute routinely captures images, video, and audio for safety and promotional purposes. Entrance into the Venues constitutes consent for everyone in your party to be photographed and appear in promotional materials. Guests may alert the Admissions Desk if they would like to opt out of participation in Venue photos and videos.
Please be aware that security cameras are in use throughout the property. By entering and remaining on the property, you are consenting to your activities being recorded and monitored using video and audio recording systems placed in various locations throughout the property.
A photography session is an event where a photographer/videographer (either amateur or professional using any device including mobile phones) takes a series of photographs of a posed subject(s) using any part of Thanksgiving Point property as a backdrop. Permission is required for all such events and purposes. Media outlets and professional photographers may contact Guest Information at 801-768-2300 to schedule a visit or inquire about professional photo shoot rentals.
