Photo Release Policy

Thanksgiving Point reserves the right to utilize photographs or video taken on property for future publications or publicity. All guests who visit Thanksgiving Point consent to the use of their photo/video taken for such purposes. If a guest does not wish to photographed/videoed, the guest must notify a Thanksgiving Point team member to that effect.

By purchasing tickets, using, or entering Thanksgiving Point (TPI) property, you agree to the Terms and Conditions herein and published at

All sales are final. TPI does not issue refunds or exchanges for special events. TPI does not provide rain checks, or price adjustments. If an event is cancelled, TPI will exchange tickets for future tickets of equal or lesser value. Tickets are required for each attendee, including children.

By visiting TPI, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TPI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use TPI, including but not limited to any claims arising out of your violation of this Agreement or your violation of the rights of any third party. You assume all risk, including risk of personal injury, death, exposure to communicable diseases, and the risk of lost, stolen, or damaged property. You agree and understand there are risks arising out of your own actions and the actions of others.

TPI and its employees and its agents are not liable for any losses and expenses that may arise during the use of TPI events, website, or property. Such losses and expenses may include, but are not limited to, data loss and property loss. You agree to abide by the Code of Conduct policy which includes not bringing firearms or knives on TPI property; exhibiting obscene or distasteful acts, language or graphics; solicitation or advertising of any kind; adhering to all photography policies; staying within the guided paths within museums and gardens.  Airhorns, animals, signs, drugs, firearms, knives, weapons, banners, glass containers, laser pointers, outside food and beverage, and skateboards and scooters are prohibited at all times.  Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. Photography or video recording is allowed only in designation areas.

TPI reserves the right to modify and update the Terms and Conditions at any time.



Thanksgiving Point is committed to ensure the safety of all our guests and takes measures to reduce the risks associated with the intentional or accidental use of weapons. Therefore, all guns, knives and other weapons are prohibited on Thanksgiving Point property, including concealed or open carry, and regardless of federal or state licenses to possess them, with the exception of law enforcement personnel and Thanksgiving Point security personnel.

By opting in to one or more text messaging programs, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from Thanksgiving Point and others texting on its behalf at the telephone number(s) that you provide. Thanksgiving Point text messages are intended to provide you with information about on-property visits, post purchases, security notifications, ticket purchases outside of property, and notifications regarding membership benefits that are limited to current members at Thanksgiving Point.

Message Frequency

The number of Thanksgiving Point text messages that you receive will vary depending on how often you visit venues or events at Thanksgiving Point.


Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Thanksgiving Point text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Thanksgiving Point does not impose a separate fee for sending Thanksgiving Point text messages.

How to Opt-In

To opt-in to receive text messages from a Thanksgiving Point text messaging program(s), please follow the instructions provided by the specific venue from which you wish to receive messages.

How to Opt-Out

To stop receiving text messages from a specific Thanksgiving Point text messaging program, text STOP to the six-digit short code for the text messaging program from which you no longer wish to receive message (i.e., the number from which its text messages are being sent). You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out of that text messaging program. This will only opt you out of the specific text messaging program associated with that phone number. You will remain opted in to other Thanksgiving Point text messaging programs.


Access or Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed.

Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of Thanksgiving Point’s control, and Thanksgiving Point is not responsible or liable for issues arising from them.
