Spooktober is back, bringing a whole month of Halloween fun to Thanksgiving Point! Come in costume and discover pumpkin-filled adventures, festive Daily STEM Discovery programs, scavenger hunts, and spooky surprises across all our Discovery Centers.

The amazing world of STEM takes center stage at Thanksgiving Point.
Each Super STEM Saturday transforms one of our Discovery Centers into a hands-on adventure zone where kids and families can explore science, technology, engineering, and math through exciting, themed activity tables and programs.
From rocket launches and coding challenges to pollinator labs and farm tech experiments, every Super STEM Saturday invites kids and families to discover the wonder of how things work.
Scarecrow Festival

See Ashton Gardens transform into 50 acres of vibrant autumn colors as you discover dozens of imaginative scarecrows and creatively carved pumpkins submitted by the community at Scarecrow Festival. Along the way, enjoy festive seasonal displays, seasonally inspired food, local vendors, and family-friendly activities on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday while soaking in the magic of fall.
Scarecrow 5k

Get into costume and join us for an exciting fall run the whole family will enjoy! Race through the scenic Ashton Gardens and Discovery Garden, where you’ll encounter creative scarecrows built by members of the community. Keep your eyes open, though —some of them might just come to life!
Dia de los Muertos

Join us for the Latin American holiday Dia de los Muertos at Thanksgiving Point! Legend has it that on Dia de los Muertos, the dead join us as a part of our community, awakened from their eternal sleep to share celebrations with loved ones.
