Packet Pickup

Friday April 25, 12pm- 8pm
Electric Park Gatehouse

Please pick up your packet, bib number, shirt, at the packet pickup the day before the race. You may pick up someone else’s packet if you have a copy of their race registration. Packets will NOT be available to pick up the morning of the race.

Race Awards Ceremony: 8:30 AM

ALL 5K finishers receive a custom finisher medals.

Open Division

The first 3 places, male and female, will be determined by gun time. 1st-3rd Place Male / Female: Award + Thanksgiving Point Family Membership

Age Divisions

Age division awards will be given to the top three Men’s & Women’s finishers in each of the following age divisions:

11 & under, 12-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

All 5k registrants will receive:

• Race T-Shirt
• Bib Number
• Finisher’s Medal

We wish to thank our numerous volunteers for their time and efforts in providing the following aid stations. Please be courteous and express your appreciation to this wonderful group of volunteers.

In addition to the finish area, the 5K will have one aid station at mile 1.6 stocked with water and POWERADE.

Refunds

Due to extensive logistical planning and commitments made in the race production process, we have a no refund policy. We do understand though that unforeseen circumstances and other responsibilities come up. Therefore, we have implemented policies allowing runners to transfer or defer their registration.

All transfers and deferrals need to be done BEFORE the event.

Participant Transfer

Transfer your registration to another person. This is the allowed way to “sell” your bib number.
