Room capacities are not flexible, but you can change the amount of kids and adults as long as you stay within the room’s total capacity. For example, you can have 30 kids and 20 adults in the 50-person room rather than 25 kids and 25 adults.
Room reservations times are not flexible and cannot be extended or changed. Check-in and check-out times are not adjustable because of timing with other reservations. Access to your room lasts for two hours and any extensions would require you to book the room for the next time slot if available. Although the room reservation is only for two hours, you and your guests are welcome to explore the farm beyond your reservation time! Just make sure the room is cleaned out and no belongings are left past the two-hour window. We do allow a brief set-up period of 15 minutes before your reservation begins.
To receive your deposit back you must cancel your party more than 72 hours prior to your reservation. Any cancellation occurring under 72 hours before the scheduled birthday party will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Under certain circumstances, reservations may be transferred to another time slot if arranged 72 hours prior to your reservation.
Add-ons must be added a minimum of 48 hours before your party. Add-ons cannot be guaranteed day of.
Party bookings must be reserved online at least 7 days in advance. We do not book parties more than 60 days out.
Yes, you can bring your own decorations; however, they must be taken immediately to the party room and kept there for the duration of the event. They are not allowed on other museum property.
Outside food is allowed in your party room. No alcohol is allowed on property.
Please note that all hanging decorations must be installed with paint safe tape. Anything brought with you will need to be taken with you at the end of your party.
