Growing Leaders

The Growing Leaders Program is a unique opportunity for teens ages 13-17 to develop leadership skills while gaining hands-on experience in a variety of roles at Thanksgiving Point. Participants in this program will engage in meaningful work alongside staff and volunteers, supporting educational activities, helping with events, and contributing to the overall mission of Thanksgiving Point.

Through the Growing Leaders Program, teens will:

• Build important life skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving
• Participate in leadership training and personal development activities
• Gain experience in areas such as education, event planning, customer service, and more
• Have the opportunity to make a positive impact on their community

This program is designed to inspire young people to take initiative, grow their confidence, and prepare for future leadership roles. It’s a great way for teens to be part of a larger mission while having fun, making lasting connections, and earning great incentives!
