Room capacities are not flexible, but you can change the amount of kids and adults as long as you stay within the room’s total capacity. For example, you can have 25 kids and 15 adults in the 40-person room rather than 20 kids and 20 adults.
Room reservations times are not flexible and cannot be extended or changed. Check-in and check-out times are not adjustable because of timing with other reservations. Access to your room lasts for two hours and any extensions would require you to book the room for the next time slot if available. Although the room reservation is only for two hours, you and your guests are welcome to explore the farm beyond your reservation time! Just make sure the room is cleaned out and no belongings are left past the two-hour window.
We do allow a brief set-up period of 15 minutes before your reservation begins. Please call prior to your Birthday Party date to secure this with our team.
To receive your deposit back you must cancel your party more than 72 hours prior to your reservation. Any cancellation occurring under 72 hours before the scheduled birthday party will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
Add-ons must be added a minimum of 48 hours before your party. Add-ons cannot be guaranteed day of.
Party bookings must be reserved online at least 7 days in advance. We do not book more than 60 days out.
Yes, you can bring your own decorations; however, they must be taken immediately to the party room and kept there for the duration of the event. Balloons and other noise making toys can frighten the animals, including the ponies. These items pose a safety risk in the pony rings. Many of the animals will also try to eat balloons or other décor.
Please note that all hanging decorations must be installed with paint safe tape. Anything brought with you will need to be taken with you at the end of your party.
