September 10–12, 2026 | Thanksgiving Point 

The Timpanogos Storytelling Festival returns to Thanksgiving Point for several days filled with stories, music, laughter, and connection. The festival has become the largest storytelling festival in the western United States, bringing professional storytellers and thousands of listeners together each year. Guests can enjoy daytime performances on Friday and Saturday, along with special themed performances each evening. If you’re looking for a unique September event in Lehi, the Timpanogos Storytelling Festival is a chance to experience the art of storytelling live.

Explore Garden of Quilts

September 18–19, 2026 | Ashton Gardens 

See Ashton Gardens transformed into an outdoor art gallery during Garden of Quilts. Presented in partnership with Riley Blake Designs, this one-of-a-kind event features more than 500 quilts displayed throughout the gardens, creating a beautiful combination of textile art and nature. Garden of Quilts is more than an exhibition. Celebrate Autumn at the Autumn Bloom Showcase

September 23–26, 2026 | Ashton Gardens
Cut Flower Sale: September 28–29 

Welcome fall with thousands of seasonal blooms during the Autumn Bloom Showcase at Ashton Gardens. Sunflowers, mums, ornamental kale, dahlias, roses, and other seasonal plants fill the gardens with rich autumn colors. 

As you explore, enjoy hands-on activity stations featuring watercolor painting, scent testing, seed observation, bird watching, flower crafts, and interactive science experiences that make learning about plants fun for the entire family. Guests can also complete a garden scavenger hunt, explore displays from the Utah Dahlia Society, and learn from dahlia-growing experts. 

The celebration continues September 28–29 with the popular cut dahlia and sunflower sale, while supplies last.
