Thanksgiving Point Celebrates 28 Years of the Tulip Festival with a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ Attempt

Thanksgiving Point is thrilled to attempt an official GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title for Most Flower Bulbs Planted In One Hour on Friday, October 7, at 10 am in the Ashton Gardens. 110 community volunteers, 40 staff, an official adjudicator from Guinness World Records, and more will be present to help plant spring flowers in preparation for Thanksgiving Point’s annual Tulip Festival.

United Way’s Day of Caring

Fabric Arts Highlighted During Garden of Quilts

Scarecrow Festival Now Calling for Local Submissions

The Scarecrow Festival is back at Thanksgiving Point from October 10 to 15, and scarecrow submissions are now open to the public! This fall tradition combines the beautiful autumnal glow of the Ashton Gardens with a community art project – the creation of scarecrows – during the six-day festival.
